AEW has once again recorded low viewership on its recent show, Battle of the Belts XI. The show featured wrestling legend Dustin Rhodes' first-ever-title win since leaving WWE. Still, it drew poor numbers on the demo. Last week's Collision and Battle of the Belts took place on the same night, July 27. Both the shows aired live from the Esports Stadium in Arlington, Texas.

Battle of the Belts main event featured a ROH World Six-Man Tag Team Championships Match which saw the team of Dustin Rhodes & The Von Erichs take on The Undisputed Kingdom. Dustin, Ross, and Marshall defeated Roderick Strong, Mike Bennett & Matt Taven to win the gold.

Wrestlenomics recently revealed the AEW Collision and Battle of the Belts TV ratings. According to the report on July 27, Collision and Battle of the Belts on TNT drew 382,000 viewers with a 0.12 P18-49 rating and 308,000 with a 0.09 P18-49 rating respectively. It was also mentioned that last week's Collision episode recorded a 20% drop in viewership.

AEW star Dustin Rhodes' reaction after winning his first championship in Tony Khan's promotion

Following Battle of the Belts, AEW released an exclusive video on its YouTube channel featuring Dustin Rhodes following his first championship victory in Tony Khan's promotion, ROH.

In the video, The Natural expressed how he felt after winning the ROH Six-Man Tag Team Championship. Rhodes stated that it was a surreal moment for him and he never thought that one day he would be a champion alongside Von Erichs.

"I had no idea this is very special because the two families we have here, the Von Erichs and the Rhodes, I never in a million years thought I would be standing here with the Von Erichs in the ring and win six-man gold," he said.

WWE legend Dustin Rhodes became All Elite in 2019. Before that, he was popular for his stint in the Stamford-based promotion as Goldust.
