While Adam Copeland is currently dealing with an injury, he has also been busy trying to help those in need. Tony Khan recently revealed details about the former Edge performing a selfless act.

The Rated-R Superstar was last seen at AEW Double or Nothing where he wrestled The House of Black leader Malakai Black in a brutal barbed wire steel cage match. During the bout, Copeland executed a risky cage dive on top of his opponent and landed awkwardly which led him to sustain a broken tibia. He has been on a hiatus since then to recover from the injury.

AEW will hold the WrestleDream 2024 Pay-Per-View this Saturday, October 12. Speaking on the pre-WrestleDream media call, Tony Khan revealed that he had a chat with Adam Copeland on a phone call. He found out that the former WWE Champion had helped FEMA recover bodies from the wreckage caused by Hurricane Helene. Khan also revealed that the star wanted no credit for his efforts.

"I talked to [Adam Copeland]...and I was dealing with a bit of a scramble with those [booking] issues and Adam called me, backstage at 'Collision' and he was with the FEMA workers and he was with them and he was helping them and they were digging [dead] bodies out. Here I am, six cups of coffee and pulling my hair out because people's flights got canceled." [H/T: Wrestling Inc.]

Adam Copeland revealed that Tony Khan also provided support amid the hurricane crisis

Speaking on the Busted Open podcast, Adam Copeland revealed that Tony Khan also stepped up to provide help in time of need. The AEW President donated Starlink devices to Asheville's local police force.

"Copeland revealed on Busted Open just now that Tony Khan has been instrumental in hurricane relief efforts in Asheville, providing Starlink devices to local police. Good on Tony Khan."

The WWE Hall of Famer currently resides in Asheville, North Carolina. His hometown was one of the many areas that was affected by Hurricane Helene.
