From the above match card, it appeared like Collision would be an unpredictable, hard-hitting, and memorable show. Interestingly, fans have been eager to see who would challenge Jack Perry for the TNT Championship.

Here are five stars who could answer Jack Perry’s open challenge at AEW Collision: Grand Slam.

#5. Miro could shock the world by making his AEW return

Former TNT Champion Miro has reportedly requested his release from AEW. The 38-year-old joined the promotion in 2020 after his WWE run ended. Initially, it looked like he was going to be a massive asset. However, reports suggest that over the past few years, there have been creative differences between both parties.

Nevertheless, Tony Khan could convince "The Redeemer" to stay with the company. They could put their differences aside, and he could emerge as Jack Perry’s surprise challenger for the TNT Championship. If Miro could defeat "The Scapegoat", he would become a two-time TNT Champion.

#4. and #3. Ricky Starks or Luchasaurus

Ricky Starks has featured in only a handful of matches in All Elite Wrestling in 2024. Furthermore, he is speculated to leave the company after his contract expires and join WWE. Interestingly, at Grand Slam, Tony Khan could bring him back, and he could have a stellar match with Jack Perry for the TNT Championship.

Luchasaurus could also be Perry's opponent at Grand Slam. He won the TNT Title in the past and has a history with "Jungle Boy" Jack Perry. The duo were members of the now-defunct faction, Jurassic Express and were inseparable. It will be interesting to see what will go down if these former stablemates lock horns on the show.

#2. Bobby Lashley

Bobby Lashley's contract with WWE ended earlier this year, and since then, he has been heavily rumored to join All Elite Wrestling. The 48-year-old is a modern great and has won prestigious championships in every promotion he has performed in. Tony Khan would certainly keep him in the title picture if he joined the company.

"The Almighty" could impressively make his AEW debut by answering The Scapegoat's open challenge for the TNT Championship at Grand Slam. To establish dominance, he could squash Perry and become the new champion.

#1. Rey Fenix

The Lucha Brothers, which consist of Pentagon Jr. and Rey Fenix, are reportedly WWE-bound. Fans aren't sure if they will get a glimpse of this duo in All Elite Wrestling anymore; however, Tony Khan could bring Rey Fenix back for one last match.

It would be shocking if Rey Fenix answered Jack Perry's open challenge for the TNT Championship. Since the former International Champion is on his way out, this could be a perfect opportunity for "The Scapegoat" to squash him and convincingly get over with the fans.
