We're mere days away from the inaugural edition of AEW Rampage. When AEW stepped foot in a world dominated by global juggernauts like WWE, few thought AEW would pose a formidable threat to them.

A few significant changes could lead to a wrestling war between WWE and AEW, a similar version of the war that WCW started back in the day.

The way this storyline has been kickstarted is without any proper beef or background history. The only exception here is Baker's claim to have defeated Velvet when the latter was an enhancement talent.
But it seems more of a filler feud at the moment. Dr. Britt Baker is having the run of her life. She's currently at the peak of her game, which makes her the favorite to get in and out of the match with the Women's Championship around her waist.

#4. Christian Cage confronts Kenny Omega on AEW Rampage
With the AEW All Out pay-per-view on the horizon, Christian Cage and Kenny Omega could kickstart their rivalry with a face-off at Rampage. Last week, Tony Schiavone named Christian Cage the number one contender for the AEW World Championship. During a backstage interview, Christian Cage claimed that he was feeling "Elite."
The former WWE superstar will likely be coming with all guns blazing to confront Kenny Omega or even the Elite faction as a whole.

Former TNT Champion Darby Allin could show up this Friday to drop another bombshell regarding the potential arrival of CM Punk. Interestingly, the second week of Rampage is in Chicago.

AEW Rampage could potentially become a show to set up feuds for the upcoming pay-per-view. Death Triangle member PAC could show up this Friday to confront Andrade El Idolo.
The Mexican star was hell-bent on recruiting Penta El Zero M and Rey Fenix for his faction. However, the babyface team turned down his offer. Feeling embarrassed, Andrade assaulted Fuego Del Sol last week on AEW Dynamite.
This situation could prompt PAC to return and seek vengeance against Andrade this week. The aftermath could force any one of them to lay out a challenge for All Out.
