Here are your spoilers for The Young and the Restless on Friday, November 22, 2024, when Victor announces Nikki’s new role at Chancellor.
What to expect on The Young and the Restless
Billy (Jason Thompson) and Sally (Courtney Hope) are no strangers to temptation or commiserating. With their hearts broken for the same reason, they’ve tenderly been spending time together, mindful of the other’s vulnerable state.

What started as an unwanted bond in a horrible situation has grown to be a friendship of mutual respect. Billy and Sally have done an uncommon thing in their soapy world: They have taken the time to get to know one another before diving into a relationship.
With Billy having Chancellor ripped away and given to one of his archnemeses, he’s feeling especially down and thinks that no one sees his worth.
Sally, however, has been a little beacon of light during Billy’s dark times, and he enjoys spending time with her. A few dates and a couple of kisses later, their night of drinking is leading them upstairs to the bedroom.
Will they take their relationship to the next level? On Friday, Billy and Sally fight temptation, but will they win? Or will they give in to their attraction?
Out of chances
Summer (Allison Lanier) couldn’t believe that Chance (Conner Floyd) ignored other possibilities and set his sights solely on Daniel (Michael Graziadei) as Heather’s (Vail Bloom) murderer. He had so many opportunities to look at the facts differently and to follow up on clues. Sharon (Sharon Case) even placed herself at the scene of the crime, but Chance didn’t want to dig further.
Despite Phyllis’ (Michelle Stafford) warnings about Sharon, Chance ignored what was right in front of him all along. When Summer told him how upset she was about his handling of the case, Chance blew her off. He not only insisted he was right in what he did (and didn’t do), but told her he’d do it all again the same way.
Now that Summer distanced herself and the case is solved with Sharon’s confession, Chance has some time do look at the facts.
On Friday, Chance’s investigation uncovers damaging evidence against Sharon. This time, will he handle it differently, or will he choose to ignore it again? Will the evidence prove that Chance was wrong — and is that something he’s willing to admit?
