Emmy winner LeBlanc breaks his wrist

Two-time Emmy winner, Christian J. LeBlanc (Michael Baldwin), is recuperating from surgery to repair a broken right wrist. The actor did not reveal how the injury occurred.

LeBlanc was in good spirits as he began to mend, evidenced by his decision to "tweet" a post-op photo. Squeamish fans need not fear -- the photo shows LeBlanc with a cast on his arm and wearing a hospital gown. Click here to see the photo.

LeBlanc joined the cast of The Young and the Restless in 1991. Following a four-year break from the show, he returned in April 1997 and has been with the show ever since. LeBlanc has earned seven Daytime Emmy nominations since 2000. His Emmy wins came in 2005 and 2007. He is once again up for the Outstanding Lead Actor trophy this year.
