What to Expect on Beyond the Gates

You can’t hide much from mothers, especially this one. Dani (Karla Mosley) spots everything and is immediately all over it. In Monday's episode, Dani suspects Naomi (Arielle Prepetit) may be carrying a life-changing secret. How will Dani react to Naomi being pregnant? This could go either way, and it will all depend on Dani’s mood that day. She could very well be on Jacob's (Jibre Hordges) side and want her daughter to at least consider the idea of being a mom; she’s in a stable relationship and could very well make it work. There is also the chance she will see parallels with her own youth and pregnancy, think of the things she missed out on, and not want the same thing for Naomi. Stay tuned, this is just what Dani needs, more drama!

Besties get at it

Normally, the best of friends and always there for each other to lean on, this isn’t the case in Monday’s episode, as Nicole (Daphnée Duplaix) and Vanessa (Lauren Buglioli) are at odds. Nicole has some serious concerns over Vanessa’s relationship with Joey Armstrong (Jon Lindstrom), and she is about to come straight out with it and tell Vanessa a thing or two about her life choices. Vanessa is torn between lust and friendship. Also in Monday’s episode, Leslie issues a warning to June (Jasmine Burke). Leslie (Trisha Mann-Grant) is great at mind games and getting people to second-guess things, an easy mark, maybe, but will June be swayed?

Surprising indeed

Beyond the Gates is never short of surprises, and in Monday’s episode, an intriguing offer is dangled in front of Donnell (Alex Cheeks), and surely this is going to come from Joey; having Vanessa’s son close means he can manipulate her and could very well be his angle. Also in Monday’s episode, Shanice (Ernestine Johnson) receives two surprising pieces of information, and this is what is kicking things off this coming week. Spoilers show this week is going to be big with some jaw-dropping moments awaiting you. Soap fans have to be looking forward to what’s next in this “Botanically pleasing, Maryland suburb.”
