Netflix aired The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 finale on July 2, 2025. The last episode of the reality show revealed which couples ended up together.
The show started with six couples:
- AJ and Britney,
- Marie and Mel,
- Marita and Ashley,
- Dayna and Magan,
- Haley and Pilar,
- Kyle and Bridget.
However, soon, they broke up with their original partners and dated fellow singles. They spent their time with two trial marriages. After that, singles were supposed to decide on the future of the relationship with their original partners on Ultimatum Day.

With Neflix's latest The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 finale release, viewers witnessed the singles coming out as couples. On their Ultimatum Day, singles made their choice to be with their partner or leave as a single.
While sharing about what couples went through during the experiment, the host, JoAnna Garcia Swisher, shared:
"Now, the Ultimatum has come to term, and it is time for the couples to make the biggest decision of their lives. Who has found lifelong love? Who will propose? Who will get engaged? Who will leave here together? And who will choose to walk away forever?"

AJ and Britney: Together
During their final meeting on the Ultimatum Day, AJ confessed her feelings to Britney:
"I've literally seen, like, so much work that you've put in to make sure that we could have, like, a really good run in our trial marriage."
Britney also reciprocated the feelings, after which AJ proposed to her, and they got engaged.
Haley and Pilar: Together
When Pilar asked Haley about her final conversation with Magan. After that, Pilar proposed to Haley.
"Every day," Haley responded.
After the proposal, they Facetimed with Haley's dad and shared the engagement news with him.
Ashley and Marita: Not Together
Ashley, who issued the Ultimatum, was unsure, while Marita felt "extremely cared" before their meeting. Ashley wrote a few lines for Marita that she read, and it made both of them emotional.
However, Ashley felt she was not ready, Marita said she was ready, and that Ashley "took it away."
"Like, just know this is not easy for me. If I were to propose to you, I'd want to be waking up happy as hell, singing... probably Taylor Swift songs. And then...Like...I don't want to feel the way I felt today, waking up and coming here," said Ashley.
After Ashley mentioned she was not ready, they parted ways. Marita confessed that she was heartbroken. They both left the show as singles.
Bridget and Kyle: Together
After Kyle issued the Ultimatum, her first trial marriage was with Pilar. On the other hand, Bridget's first trial marriage was with Ashley. During their meeting, Kyle proposed to Bridget, and she said yes. The two got engaged and left The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 as an engaged couple.
Dayna and Magan: Together
Dayna issued the Ultimatum, after which she met Mel on the show while Magan paired with Haley. During their final meeting on the Ultimatum Day, both Dayna and Magan wrote a few lines for each other.
After they read their letters, Magan proposed to Dayna, and she accepted. As they were celebrating the proposal, Dayna also pulled a ring for Magan and proposed to her as well.
"Ultimatums work. With enough pressure, you create a diamond," said Magan.
Marie and Mel: Together
Marie confessed how Mel and Dayna had a connection during their trial marriage. However, when she met Mel on the Ultimatum Day, they both confessed their feelings for each other.
"I did learn a lot about myself...going through this whole experience. I'm able to be way more open with you than I ever was," confessed Mel.
While expressing her feelings, Mel pulled a Ring Pop for Marie. Soon, Mel pulled out an engagement ring and got down on one knee, proposing to Marie.
The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 finale ended with five couples together while one couple, Ashley and Marita parted ways.
