Even though the show was released quite a few years back, the manner in which it handled sensitive issues was genuinely remarkable. It has a unique storyline that will get you hooked right from the very start. Every episode of the two seasons is filled with gripping mystery, which unfolds at a good pace.

Though the storyline and the visuals of this series are the two most well-appreciated features, the cast also plays a vital role in bringing out the whole mystery. Halle Berry’s performance is nothing short of a masterpiece in this series. The way she grapples with the fear and confusion that Molly experiences is truly worth appreciating.

Along with her, Jeffrey Dean Morgan’s performance in the second season is also excellent. With only 26 episodes, Extant is undoubtedly a binge-worthy gem, and it is available on Netflix.
