7 Little Johnstons is a reality TV series that covers the everyday lives of the Johnstons family. This family holds 7 individuals, each living with achondroplasia dwarfism. Despite their condition, each family member lives to the fullest like any other American family. The Johnstons are situated in rural Georgia, pursuing their 'American dream.'
In the Johnston house, there are Trent and Amber, the parents of the house with their 5 children. Two of the children are biological, Jonah and Elizabeth, and three children have been adopted from across the world. There is Anna from Russia, Emma from China, and Alex from South Korea.

After much waiting, the release date of 7 Little Johnstons is finally out. The show will premiere on January 7, 2025, at 9 pm on TLC.

Recently, TLC posted a super trailer of 7 Little Johnstons Season 15. The clip shows Liz and Brice welcoming their baby girl and adding a new member to the Johnston family. Liz has decided to begin her parenthood at her parents' house. However, Liz calls living at home 'a little stressful.'
Trent and Amber are also embracing being grandparents for the first time.
In a more shocking event, Trent is seen to be going through a scary health condition. Trent talks about his condition with Jonah, his son, in the gym.
"Geez, I spun around too fast.
He later reveals his symptoms,
Several months back, I started having vertigo symptoms and other types of dizzy spells."
In the trailer, he speaks to his family and tells them about his health situation,
"I went to a doctor the other day. And they told me that my brain at 47 is reduced drastically and it's about the size for an 80-, 81-year-old."
He later even calls the situation "unbelievably scary.'
Later the video reveals that Anna is on a rocky end with the rest of the family and she ends up not showing up for her own graduation too. Amber talks about the situation with the producers,
"There is a lot of strain between Anna and the rest of the family."
Anna is also seen leaving the house upset after commenting on how her family sees her,
"Whatever I do, is definitely never going to be enough."
The family, however, is also seen sharing happy moments, such as playing games, laughing together, and more.
