1) Is Georgia really pregnant?

Towards the end of the third season of Ginny & Georgia, Ginny sports Georgia drinking, directly from a milk carton. It then struck her that the last time her mother was having such a craving was during a pregnancy. She then proceeded to ask Georgia if she was pregnant and expecting once again, but the latter only gave her a puzzled look. The show thereafter doesn't shed any light on whether Georgia is pregnant or not, but if she is, it might mean that the Miller family is in for greater upheavals in the fourth season.

2) Marcus' alcoholism

Marcus descended into the dark recesses of alcoholism in the latest season. He indulged in liquor to alleviate the pain of his mental health troubles. It was owing to his struggles with depression that he decided to break up with Ginny. Eventually, Marcus' problem assumed such great proportions that he failed in his class and now would have to repeat the entire academic year. By the end of the third installment of the show, Marcus finally decides to go to rehab to overcome his addiction.

3) Wolfe and Ginny's relationship

Ginny took a break from Wellsbury High School to escape judgment and the curiosity of her classmates surrounding her mother's murder trial and instead joined a college poetry class. It was then that she met Wolfe and the two struck up an instant friendship, which soon began bordering on passion and romance. Wolfe eased out the rough parts of Ginny's life precisely because he didn't know the rest of his family. However, Wolfe gave up on their relationship after Ginny discovered that she was pregnant.

4) Austin testifying against Gil

Ginny manipulated Austin to testify against his father, Gil, in Ginny & Georgia season three, stating that he was responsible for the murder of Tom Fuller. This resulted in Georgia being let off the hook. Although Austin's lie led to the end of Georgia's trial and granted her freedom, the consequences of testifying against his own father soon began to weigh heavily on Austin.

5) Georgia and Paul go their separate ways

Owing to her murder trial, her husband Paul's position as the mayor was taken away from him, and his public reputation was tarnished. It is due to this fact that Paul parted ways with Georgia in Ginny & Georgia season 3.
