The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 Reunion premiered on Netflix on July 2, 2025. The reunion of the reality show took place a year after the show's finale aired.
As the couples and singles arrived, show host JoAnna Garcia Swisher noticed which of them arrived together and who did not. Four couples, including AJ and Britney, Bridget and Kyle, Haley and Pilar, and Dayna and Magan, came and sat together. Remaining participants, including Marie, Mel, Ashley and Marita, arrived and sat separately.
During the reunion, the host asked each of them to share how their lives have been since The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 finale. Those who were engaged shared their plans, while singles also shared how things have been with them.

The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 host JoAnna Garcia Swisher welcomed everyone. She shared how everyone was back and that nothing was "off the table." The host mentioned that five couples got engaged during the show's finale.
JoAnna asked Britney and AJ how things have been going since their engagement. AJ responded that it has been "awesome" and that they grew stronger in their love.
AJ also thanked Marita for helping her throughout the experience. Later, when Britney recalled AJ and Marie's trial marriage, things got a little tense for a minute.

"In a unique twist of events, the one that issued the Ultimatum ended up not wanting to get engaged in the end. Ashley and Marita."
Marita recalled the events from the show's finale when she and Ashley met on the Ultimatum Day. During the conversation, they got in a verbal disagreement, after which Ashley got emotional. She left the scene as she got emotional, but returned later. Marita apologized for her behavior.
As the host asked them if there was a chance for reconciliation, Ashley said she thinks and cares a lot, while Marita said it would "take time."
Referring to Mel and Marie, the host stated that they were sitting apart from each other. When they were asked what happened between them, Mel said Marie didn't want to be with her anymore. Marie shared that a couple of months after they returned home, she broke up. She also shared about Mel having Lupus, and more.
The cast members and the host also talked about the "Spotify playlist the receipt."
"It's a shared private playlist only shared between Mel and Dayna called "Three Weeks," with a rainbow emoji and a ring emoji," said Haley.
The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 reunion also featured a few clips from the show. One of them was everyone's definition of physical intimacy, and other things. Kyle and Bridget shared an update on their relationship, stating they were now living together.
Haley and Pilar also shared how they were still engaged and together. When Pilar shared her struggles with family members, Magan also shared similar things. Magan and Dayna also shared how they were together. The episode featured a clip of the two of them, showing how they have been building their life together.
The Ultimatum: Queer Love Season 2 reunion ended with show host JoAnna Garcia Swisher getting emotional. It happened after a few of the cast members, including AJ, Haley, Pilar, and others, shared how she has been supportive of them all.
"Even though you are a straight-presenting woman, it's bridging the gap between what we experience from other people that may not see us how you see us. Your love and your compassion towards us makes us feel so seen," said AJ.
Haley recalled the first night when JoAnna talked about family, which she and Pilar will always remember.
