Storage Wars Season 16: Ivy Calvin, aka Lord Ivy, wins a bid for the unit at $1000 and finds medieval items
The latest Storage Wars Season 16 episode featured the bidders uncovering exciting items from the units they bid on. One of the bids was for a storage unit containing a cabinet, a shelf, an open safe, and more.
While the auctioners were assessing what the storage unit had, Ivy was also there. Seeing many classic items, he confessed to the cameras:
"The Lord liketh what he sees. Count me in."
Bidders, including Lisa, Dustin, Kenny, Jason, and more, were also there. The bidding started from $200, which was from Ivy. Other bids were from Lisa and Jason. At last, Ivy's $1000 bid won him the items from that unit.
However, Jason had competition during the bidding. Referring to that, Storage Wars star Ivy confessed:
"Dusty had used his goon to outbid me. But, like I always say, winner winner turkey leg."
Later in the episode, Ivy opened the storage unit to explore what was inside. There was a box, a suitcase filled with clothes, wallets, and a mobile. He also moved a piece of furniture out of the storage unit to see the rest of the items.
There was a television set, still wrapped with plastic. Ivy also found silver items from another furniture set. There was a China cabinet.
"Top and bottom. No cracks, no dings, no breaks. It excellent condition. $600 China cabinet," he said.
He also found a portable computer desk, purses, wallets, jewelry boxes, a dresser, and more. Later, he found some medieval items including armour, a hood, a helmet, and more. For that, he planned on seeing a professional to know more about the items' worth.
As Ivy shared it all with the cameras, he had found items worth $2855. His bid for that storage unit was $1000. Later, he went to Cauldron Spirits and Brews to meet Brian. After seeing the medieval items Ivy brought with him, Brian said:
"I definitely see some medieval accouterments here."
After accessing each item closely, he said they were of "true, genuine quality." Seeing how they were in good condition, Brian said the approximate value would be $650. Listening to Brian, Ivy said he was happy.
