Industry Season 3 recap before Industry Season 4 is released
Industry Season 3 had one major shift after another, leaving nearly every character in a new situation by the finale. Yasmin and Robert’s relationship was at focus at the end of the season. Despite her feelings for Robert, Yasmin accepted Henry Muck’s proposal. She chose financial security and social stability over romance, a choice Robert understood even though it hurt them both.
As Henry’s fiancée, Yasmin stepped into a new lifestyle, assisted by someone who had survived her father’s abuse, a detail that how impactful this new change is going to be for her. Robert also made a significant move. After leaving Pierpoint, he built his own company using seed funding from Henry Muck and an investment from Asheford Asset Management. Yasmin supported him professionally, which showed that while their dynamic is now changed, they were still important to each other.
Harper had a fresh beginning as well. She left Future Dawn and headed to New York to launch See Bloom, a short-selling firm she started with support from a former colleague. Her friendship with Yasmin grew stronger along the way, and her relationship with Petra ended on good terms, allowing her to focus fully on the next chapter of her life.
Eric faced the harshest punishment in Season 3. After a betrayal inside Pierpoint, he was removed from the company. His final moments showed him looking back on his time at the firm and sharing a quiet farewell with Harper, who was moving forward with See Bloom. The biggest corporate shake-up came from the sale of Pierpoint to an Egyptian firm. This deal forced major restructuring, pushed Eric out, and scattered many employees into new directions. It signaled a major transformation for the bank that was at the center of the series from the beginning.
The season’s darkest moment involved Rishi. After being confronted with enormous debt, he killed his wife, Diana, and then took his own life. This was a brutal twist, and something viewers probably had never expected. By the end of Season 3, the characters had been split across new cities, new ambitions, and new alliances. Pierpoint doesn't look the same. Harper is building a new firm, Yasmin is preparing for marriage, Robert is running his own company, and Eric is gone from the bank he once dominated.
With all these changes in place, Industry Season 4, premiering on January 11, 2026, is set to pick up with everyone starting over with something new.
