Million Dollar Secret aired its fifth episode on April 2, 2025, where, following Phillip's elimination, Sam was chosen as the new millionaire—a news that at the time was known only to the show's host, Peter Serafinowicz.
Further into the episode, as the competition progressed, he announced the next activity. After dividing the contestants into two teams, the host explained the activity, which required the participants to go out onto the lawn. The Million Dollar Secret host revealed the challenge:

Million Dollar Secret Episode 5: Show host Peter Serafinowicz reveals the task for the fifth episode
In the fifth episode, host Peter Serafinowicz, who was the only one privy to the identity of the millionaire at the time, announced that for the new challenge, the participants—Sam, Kyle, Chris, Jaimi, Corey, Sydnee, Cara, and Lydia—would be divided into two teams.
- Team A: Sam, Kyle, Chris, Jaimi
- Team B: Corey, Sydnee, Cara, Lydia
Peter revealed two walls featuring trophy heads. Each team would have to take turns hiding "in plain sight" behind the wall while the other team would try to identify who was behind the mask:
"Unbeknownst to the opposing team, our first team will choose one person to don an animal mask and stick their head through the wall. Then the opposing team must work together to identify the trophy head with someone hiding inside. Once they've found their target, they will attempt to shoot the occupied mask using a slingshot loaded with color-filled balloons," he explained.
The first team that hit the correct target in fewer shots would win a chance to enter the trophy room and receive crucial information about the millionaire. The process entailed each team selecting the "shooter" first and using the slingshot to target the masks. After discussing, Lydia's team decided Sydnee would be the shooter, while Sam's team chose Chris for the role.
Sydnee's team was up first for shooting. Chris's team went behind the trophy head masks, and Kyle went behind the snake mask. With Lydia being the shooter, despite 12 failed attempts, their team managed to hit the Snake on their 13th shot.
Next up, Chris's team took their turn to shoot. Sydnee's team chose the Tiger mask, and Sydnee hid behind it. On their 8th attempt, Chris's team landed a direct hit on the tiger.
Upon winning the challenge, the host announced:
"Congratulations to Sam, Kyle, Chris, and Jaimi. All of you will go into the trophy room, where you'll get crucial information on the millionaire."
Later in the episode, the winning team, Sam, Kyle, Chris and Jaimi, went to the trophy room, where one guest was given a clue about the new millionaire's identity.
