The first episode of Perfect Match Season 3 aired on August 1, 2025. The debut episode, titled Let’s Puck, featured participants arriving and getting acquainted with fellow contestants.
After meeting with the show host, Nick Lachey, they got to know each other a little. Later that night, participants were supposed to find their partner. For that, singles talked to multiple contestants to see who they were vibing with.

As they were getting to know each other better, Sandy asked the female participants to have a girls’ chat. They went outside and shared their thoughts about their connections.
"So how are we feeling with the men so far?" asked Sandy.

At night, while participants were getting to know each other, Sandy asked the female contestants to go for a “girl talk.”
"Let's have a girl talk," she said.
Listening to her, Lucy joined her, followed by other female participants. Sandy initiated the conversation by asking how they were feeling about the male contestants. Juliette responded that she was surprised:
"Okay, I'm very pleasantly surprised 'cause I was worried people were gonna be, like, not attractive," said Juliette.
Madison shared that she had been talking to Daniel. Sandy said he was cute, to which Madison agreed and added:
"He's really cute. He's so my type."
Perfect Match star Juliette talked about her connection with Daniel. She expressed that she was interested in partnering with him. However, another participant, Lucy, was also interested in getting to know Daniel better.
In her private confession, Lucy shared:
"Juliette thinks she might be matching with Daniel, and I'm definitely Clayton's number one choice, but I am on the hunt. I'm basically David Attenborough. I'm like, now, like, in the jungle, we see a Lucy in the wild, crawling up the stairs with a tequila pineapple."
Clayton and Lucy had a private conversation, which the girls saw from a distance. After their chat, they learned about some of their choices that matched. He told Lucy that he was “feeling” her and that he was interested.
Perfect Match star Lucy responded that she was feeling the same. Juliette was watching them have this conversation from a distance. Seeing Juliette, Sandy told her to give it a minute and advised her not to react:
"Be calm, cool, collected," said Sandy.
To Juliette’s surprise, Lucy and Daniel chose each other as their partner, and they shared a kiss. Juliette told Sandy she felt “matchless.” Despite Sandy’s efforts, she didn’t feel better. She confessed that she was “unwell.”
