My Youth cast and character guide: Who plays whom in the K-drama
1) Song Joong-ki as Sunwoo Hae

The stellar performer, Song Joong-ki, is in the lead role of Sunwoo Hae in the series. Sunwoo’s life once focused on the world of entertainment. However, now his life is filled with flower arrangements, through which he finds a distinct level of peace.
It cannot be denied that Song Joongki handles his role with perfection. From playing an army officer in Descendants of the Sun, a K-drama that each K-drama fan has watched at least once, to playing a cunning lawyer in Vincenzo, he can do it all. His other notable works include Sungkyunkwan Scandal, Reborn Rich, and many more.
2) Chun Woo-hee as Sung Je-yeon

Chun Woo-hee’s Sung Je-yeon was Sunwoo's first love; however, they had parted ways. After many long years, now Sung Je-yeon is back in Sunwoo’s life, and this time things are taking quite a different turn for both of them. Chun Woo-hee’s versatility knows no bounds.
In 2024, she was a part of two series with completely different genres. She nailed both roles. Her notable works that need to be on your watchlist are The Atypical Family, The 8 Show, Idol, and many more.
3) Lee Ju-myoung as Mo Tae-rin

Lee Ju-myoung’s Mo Tae-rin is truly a remarkable character, especially because of the realistic depiction by the actor. Tae-rin might handle herself with poise and grace, but under the surface, she is suffering. It is intriguing to see how My Youth will handle Mo Tae-rin’s character.
Lee Ju-myoung has worked in many remarkable K-dramas, including Twenty-Five Twenty-One, where she managed to steal the show with her intense performance, Like Flowers in Sand, Missing: The Other Side, etc.
4) Seo Ji-hoon as Kim Seok-ju

Seo Ji-hoon knows how to handle difficult characters. In this series, his character, Kim Seok-ju, is not a one-dimensional character. Rather, Seok-ju has a different side to him than the one that he shows others.
He is a rebel at heart but maintains his pose with perception. Seo Ji-hoon is best known for his works in Revenge of Others, Begins ≠ Youth, Tarot, and many more.
