Love Is Blind culminated another eventful season with four couples walking down the altar. The dating reality TV show has been running for almost five years on Netflix and tries to bring singles from different locations together to find their partners through a social experiment. In Season 8, a new set of singles from Minnesota joined the show in search of love, but only one couple succeeded.

The show's fans are quite unhappy about this season's finale, as they expected a lot more from the show, considering it was a fifth anniversary. Love Is Blind fans criticized the lengthy runtime of the episodes, calling them "boring" and not worthwhile. However, the fans were excited to witness the females of the season, who stood up ardently for themselves.

Taylor and Daniel were the only couple to get married during Season 8, fans loved their bond and chemistry. Rooting for them, fans took to Twitter, now known as X, and chimed in about how the season would have been a complete dud without them. However, they cannot keep their disappointment about the rest of the finale being a dull show and express their views on X.

A fan took to X and wrote:

"This finale of love is blind is the most disappointing of all time."
"This was such a boring season and after 13 episodes can’t name these people. I was glad to see the women not settling , and choosing themselves Interestingly, the only couple that made it were the one that after the reveal I thought it was a wrap, #LoveIsBlind8 #loveisblurry," wrote another fan.
"What the hell did I just witness while watching love is blind finale- WHAT THE HELL," commented another fan.
"Just finished the finale and Netflix really could have scrapped this whole season…had us sitting through six episodes of pods for what reason?!? #LoveIsBlind," wrote another fan.
"I was **forced** to watch the Love is Blind finale, and I’ll spoil it for you, the only guy to get an “I do” was like four inches shorter than his girl and had a crustache. NEVER doubt yourselves because of your height - you have the juice!" wrote another fan.
"Ended the week on a high note: A very positive annual review at work. Whew! Also, thank goodness that the best couple got married on Love is Blind. I was getting worried!" commented a fan.

What happened in the Love Is Blind Season 8 finale?

As the wedding approached and fans got to stream the finale episode of Love Is Blind Season 8, it brought varied opinions about the show. The cameras panned out on Sara and Ben in the season finale as the episode opened. Seeing the couple in their wedding dress might have been bliss, but what followed after was not.

Confessing her love and respect for Ben, Sara was heartbroken to say no at the altar. Ben was in shock but wanted to mend things after the show if given the chance. As far as Monica and Joey are concerned, they also met the same fate. When the big question popped up, Monica uttered, "I don't right now." She felt they were not quite there and called off the wedding.

Virginia and Devin were another couple who did not get married in Love Is Blind Season 8. Devin was shocked after receiving no as the answer because he said yes and was confident they would get married. Devin's family was heartbroken and sad, while Virginia stood firm with her decision because she felt a lot of deeper understanding was still lacking between them.

However, the finale ended on a happy note when Taylor and Daniel said yes to the wedding and entered a new phase of their lives hand-in-hand. Fans were equally delighted to see Taylor and Daniel tie the knot and give the season finale a worthy ending.

Love Is Blind Season 8 Episode 13 aired on Netflix on March 7.
