However, this doesn't work with Haksoo, as he remains faithful to Gi-tae and is even allowed to leave later.

Not to forget, Geon-yeong still has Daeil, who is giving him the needed information on Gi-tae, and Gi-tae finally has a hint about it. However, Daeil's secret soon comes out after Gi-tae calls his sister to ask about Daeil's whereabouts and finds them together in a lab.

Gi-tae intimidates Daeil, and it seems like Daeil is back on Gi-tae's side, letting him know that he won't make any contact with Geon-yeong.
