Is Dustin dead in Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1?

Dustin is alive! It is truly a relief to see that Stranger Things Season 5 Part 1 did not kill off any major characters. At the end of the fourth season, the violent death of Eddie Munson left an impact on Dustin.

While following the monster, they get stuck in a huge structure. Dustin begins to intercept a message. Steve, Jonathan, and Nancy begin to discuss a plan to escape the situation. Right then, Dustin comes to inform them that the wall that they are stuck inside is a circle, so there is no escape. The circle surrounds the Upside Down completely. He then tells Steve that the frequency he picked up sounded similar. That signal was actually coming from the wall, which gives them three known locations.

Dustin then continues that it all connects to Hawkins Lab. They understand that they need to reach Hawkins Lab to understand the connection between it all. Stranger Things Season 5 Part 2 will now focus on Dustin and his team’s path to Hawkins Lab, now that they are aware that it might be connected to all the complications.
