What is Industry Season 4 about?
The official synopsis reads as follows:
''Harper and Yasmin are drawn into a high stakes, globetrotting cat-and-mouse game when a splashy fintech darling bursts onto the London scene. As Yasmin navigates her relationship with tech founder Sir Henry Muck and Harper is pulled into the orbit of enigmatic executive Whitney Halberstram, their twisted friendship begins to warp and ignite under the pressure of money, power, and the desire to be on top.”
The upcoming season of Industry is shifting gears with a new location. As Yasmin and Harper left the cut-throat world of Pierpoint & Co in the third season, they will be entangled in a new fintech company, Tender. The friends will be caught in a chaotic and vicious cycle of power, money, love and desire when Harper crosses paths with Whitney Halberstram, the CFO of Tender.
As former Pierpoint employees lay their cards in the new financial backdrop, new characters will threaten their survival. Industry Season 4 will explore the familiar themes of love, s*x and power in a new and high-stakes world, one that will test the endurance and skills of our beloved characters.
In addition to the returning ensemble cast, the upcoming season will also introduce some new faces, namely Max Minghella as Whitney, Kiernan Shipka as Haley, Charlie Heaton as Jim, Toheeb Jimoh as Kwabena, Kal Penn as Jay, Amy James-Kelly as Jennifer, Jack Farthing as Edward and Claire Forlani as Cordelia.
Actor Harry Lawtey, who played Robert Spearing, will not return in Industry Season 4. After his move, his character was written off from the show.
