Shark Tank Season 6 featured EvRewares, a reusable fabric sticker for clothing and accessories brands. The founders, Ellie Brown and Becca Nelson, wanted to take their fashion accessories brand a step forward by seeking $100k for 30% of the company equity along with the expertise of the sharks.

The sister duo wanted their brand product to bring fun and quirkiness to mundane events. The founders designed and manufactured wearable fabric stickers that instantly change the look of any clothing. As much as the sharks loved the founders' enthusiasm, they became concerned after hearing the dwindling numbers.

The sharks found the product price relatively high, and the declining sales number was a giant buzz killer. Four out of five sharks did not like the business idea and gave their valuable advice, saying they were opting out of the deal. However, Mark Cuban, who did not like the product's name, made an offer to the founders. Here is what he offered to the EvRewares founders:

"I will make you an offer. $200k for the entire business. Because you guys are lost. You guys are designers where it makes sense. I'll contract you guys. You have got a nice little setup business. You have got access to retail, you have no idea what you are doing."

Shark Tank investor Mark Cuban made an intriguing offer to EvRewares founders, Ellie Brown and Becca Nelson, when they pitched their brand in Season 6. The founder asked for $100k for 30% of the stakes in their company, but Mark wanted to buy the entire brand for $200k. The founders found it concerning and told Mark that losing them from the company didn't seem like a nice plan.

Another Shark Tank investor, Kevin O'Leary, was shocked by Mark's offer and told him he could set up the whole business for $100k if he wanted. The founders stepped aside to have a conversation and felt they would lose the entire company for $200k, but were equally concerned about the feedback they got from the sharks.

When Becca and Ellie returned, they were teary-eyed and responded that letting go of their three years of hard work was challenging. Mark responded with empathy and remarked that he understood their point of view and respected that. Becca said, "It was time to let their baby go," and took Mark Cuban's offer.
