Week 2 of Big Brother Season 27 witnessed the second elimination of the reality show. After the housemates voted, Amy Bingham was sent home. She appeared for an interview with Gold Derby, published on July 25, 2025.

During her interview, recently evicted housemate Amy reflected on her journey. While talking about fellow housemates, she mentioned Head of the Household (HoH), Jimmy. Amy mentioned that he "lied" constantly and that she wanted to "call him out."

Opening up about Jimmy and how she was evicted from Big Brother Season 27, Amy stated:

"He lies constantly, and I was dying to call him out! I couldn't do it in the house — as much as I wanted to — but he was literally lying all the time. I don't know if that's part of his gameplay or if that's just who he really is. I hope it's not who he really is! I will say, he's very charismatic, funny, and fun to be around — but he lies all the time."

Big Brother Season 27 Week 2: Evicted housemate Amy Bingham opens up about her time in the show

After her elimination from the CBS show, Amy Bingham, in an interview with Gold Derby, talked about the Head of the Household (HoH) and how he was "manipulating."

Calling Jimmy out, Amy stated that she was "dying" to call out his "constant lies" in the game. She mentioned that she didn't know if lying was part of Jimmy's game, and hoped it was only his gameplay and not who he is.

"He's a manipulator. I guess manipulation is part of the game, but I personally can't stand being around lying manipulators," she added.

With such an early elimination from Big Brother Season 27, Amy was disappointed. However, she wanted to share about Jimmy's behavior in the house.

Fans must remember how HoH Jimmy originally nominated:

  • Keanu Soto,
  • Kelley Jorgensen, and
  • Adrian Rocha.

However, after a few events, when all of them managed to get themselves to safety, Jimmy chose replacement nominees, who were:

  • Amy Bingham, and
  • Cliffton Williams aka Will.

As a result, Amy was eliminated after the housemates voted.

"I knew if I was up next to Will, I was going home," said Amy.

She mentioned that she knew when she didn't win BB Blockbuster, she was going home. Sharing about how she was unable to campaign against Will, she said he was "so sweet" and that she loved him.
