Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage Season 1 has 22 episodes. The show is produced by Chuck Lorre Productions in association with Warner Bros. Television. The cast includes Montana Jordan, Emily Osment, Will Sasso, Rachel Bay Jones, Dougie Baldwin, and Jessie Prez among others.

If the show continues to attract the same viewership for the remainder of the Season 1 and continue the same with Season 2, it might see a long lifespan on the network as previously enjoyed by The Big Bang Theory and Young Sheldon.

What is Georgie & Mandy's First Marriage about?

The comedy series follows 18-year-old George “Georgie” Cooper Jr. and his wife 30-year-old Amanda “Mandy” McAllister. The sitcom is set in the mid 90s in Texas. The young couple live with Mandy’s parents and brother who have very differing personalities.

While father Jim McAllister (played by Will Sasso) is more easy-going, Audrey (played by Rachel Bay Jones) has many reservations about their union. Mandy’s brother Conner (played by Dougie Baldwin) is a socially inept adult who is consumed by music. Georgie works at Jim’s tire store as a salesman. Georgie and Mandy steer through the chaos as the newly married young parents.

The official synopsis of the show states,

“Georgie & Mandy’s First Marriage follows Georgie & Mandy as they raise their young family while navigating the challenges of adulthood."
