Here is what happened in the previous episode of FBI: Most Wanted

In the previous episode, the Fugitive Task Force solved the mysterious case of poisoning after the patients in a hospital started experiencing severe, life-threatening symptoms.
The culprit turned out to be a hospital orderly, McClure, who poisons people who are happy in their lives and are experiencing major life events. McClure's criminal actions are rooted in the traumatic life he has experienced, which made him feel that the world is unfair and is a place where good people always suffer. Therefore, he resorts to killing people using a dangerously poisonous chemical, DMN.
The show features a spectacular cast with Dylan McDermott as Supervisory Special Agent Remy Scott, Roxy Sternberg as FBI Special Agent Sheryll Barnes, and Keisha Castle-Hughes as FBI Special Agent Hana Gibson, among others.
