The Real Housewives of Miami Season 7 continues to deliver drama, luxury, and interpersonal tension as new faces shake up the existing cast dynamic. Episode 4, titled 'Boogers and Birkins,' aired on July 2, 2025, and featured the formal introduction of new housewife Stephanie Shojaee.
While her appearance included private jets, caviar, and a controversial remark at a baby shower, Stephanie also addressed perceptions about her rise in life and marriage to Masoud Shojaee, a successful real estate developer. In a confessional aired on July 2, 2025, Stephanie stated,
“Yes, maybe I got a little bit of help, but everybody in life gets a little bit of help,”
as she pushed back against the idea that her success is solely due to her husband, Masoud. She clarified that she had ambitions long before meeting him and wanted to be “filthy rich” since childhood. Her remarks come as part of her introduction to Real Housewives of Miami fans, many of whom were eager to learn more about the Season 7 addition.
Stephanie Shojaee joins Real Housewives of Miami and sparks tension with cast members
Stephanie made her Real Housewives of Miami debut in Season 7, Episode 4, during a private jet trip with Larsa Pippen. The pair, introduced through Real Housewives of Dubai star Caroline Stanbury, traveled to Orlando to retrieve Stephanie’s dogs.
Larsa believed she was just running errands, but instead found herself mid-flight with champagne and caviar. Stephanie shared with viewers that she and Masoud met when he was 50 and she was 26, but was quick to note that she wasn’t dependent on him for success.
Later in the episode, Stephanie met several Real Housewives of Miami cast members, including Julia and Marysol, and was invited to a baby shower for Julia and Martina. When asked about her childhood, Stephanie shared that she spent part of each year on a farm in Colombia.
Although Larsa had warned Julia that Stephanie was not fond of animals or children—quoting her saying, “Birkins and boogers don’t go together”—Stephanie surprised the group by showing interest in Julia’s farm and congratulating her on adopting her sons. The baby shower, however, turned tense after Stephanie made a pointed remark to Alexia.
“Can I just tell you something without overstepping my boundaries?” Stephanie asked, before adding, “When God takes out the garbage, you don’t go back into the garbage and, like, go diving.”
The comment visibly upset Alexia, who felt the new cast member had crossed a line. Despite the conflict, Stephanie expressed excitement about participating in her first baby shower and engaging in the games organized by Adriana.
Stephanie's relationship with her partner, Masoud - Details explored
In addition to her reality TV introduction, Stephanie has previously spoken about her relationship with Masoud Shojaee. The two work together in real estate through Shoma Group, one of South Florida’s largest development firms. In an interview with The Daily Dish, Stephanie explained her role:
“It’s actually buying the land, putting up a high rise, 800 units. Or [building] rental communities and building a whole leasing team, and developing units.”
She acknowledged that working with a spouse isn’t for everyone but said,
“Working alongside your husband is not for everybody, and I feel like people are gonna be able to see that relationship outside of the office, which is a beautiful relationship.”
Real Housewives of Miami's Stephanie acknowledged that while she may have received support along the way, her ambition and determination were self-driven. In a confessional, she credited her background for shaping her work ethic, saying being a first-generation American taught her to persist until she succeeded.
Outside of her career, Stephanie and her husband bond over a shared passion for food. Speaking to The Daily Dish, she described herself as a “serious workaholic” who unwinds by exploring the culinary scene with her partner, calling them both “huge foodies.”
Real Housewives of Miami airs every Wednesday at 9 pm EST on Bravo.
