All signs point to Kate and Anthony being parents already by the time Season 4 begins. Netflix has not staged a grand reveal yet. But production updates and cast confirmations suggest that the viscount and viscountess return with a child. This aligns with the book timeline as well, where their first child is born shortly after their marriage. The show just decides to skip the delivery and jump ahead.
