Online streamer Nicolas Kenn De Balinthazy, also known as Sneako, has reportedly been allowed access to his YouTube channel after a three-year ban. According to The US Sun, the streamer had violated its platform rules on multiple occasions in 2022.
His ban came after he allegedly spread misinformation during the COVID-19 pandemic. In an interview with Adam22 on the No Jumper podcast in October 2022, Nicolas was asked why he got banned from YouTube. He said he got three strikes. When asked what the strikes were for, he said:
“Covid misinformation, election misinformation, and cyber bullying.”
He said he would post on other channels, but those channels were also taken down. When Nicolas talked about why he was banned from YouTube, he said he thought it was a big decision. He believed it happened after people saw him at Bucharest meeting and shaking hands with Andrew Tate.
As seen in one of his recent livestreams, he has 1.26 million subscribers on one of his YouTube channels, by the name "The SNEAKO."
What did Sneako say after getting back his YouTube account?
During a recent streaming session, the streamer broke down how everything related to getting access to his channel unfolded. Sharing his screen, he showed an X post by YouTube in which they would give old content creators whose channels had been taken down a chance to rejoin the platform. Nicolas replied to the post, writing:
“You owe me money and my channel back.”
Team YouTube replied to him, writing:
“We’ve DMed you more info.”
Nicolas then had a chat with the YouTube team, where he shared his channel links. After that, he could get access following the login process. Sneako told his viewers:
“Now that I'm back, resigning season is soon. Contract season is in like two months. I ain't gonna lie. I got a lot more leverage right now.”
Sneako's thoughts on returning to YouTube
During the stream, Nicolas said he always tried to be honest. He explained that before, when he got deals on other streaming sites, he had no power or control. However, now that he was back on YouTube, things had changed, and he felt his value had increased. Nicolas also said:
“A lot of people are going to switch up. I want everybody to remember who was real and who was fake, who was with me when I had nothing when they happened in a game being around me. When it was profitable to on me, when it was profitable to use my name for clicks. Let's see who changes up and who doesn't.”
Sneako also gave a shoutout to Adin Ross, saying they collaborated when he was on YouTube. Nicolas said Ross was always there watching for him. He said he would never forget what Ross did for him.
