Pope Francis left the hospital two weeks ago and decided to surprise the public by making a sudden appearance on April 6, 2025, which was a Sunday. Followers of the church were happy to see Pope Francis. Even though he was seated in a wheelchair and had a nasal cannula to help him breathe, he seemed cheerful and happy.
During his last public appearance, the Pope seemed to have difficulty moving his hands and talking. However, last Sunday, he looked more comfortable moving his arms. His voice was still low while speaking, but he seemed to be doing much better.
