Gina Huynh, a former girlfriend of the embattled music mogul Sean Diddy Combs, has revealed that she doesn't feel threatened, whatever the trial's outcome. The Vietnamese model and social media influencer was leaving a Whole Foods outlet in Las Vegas on June 30, 2025, when she was accosted by a journalist who asked her questions about the ongoing trial.

Their interaction went as follows:

"Journalist: I have a quick question for you. Uhm, you think Diddy’s gonna win this trial?
Gina: I don't know.
Journalist: Before you go, I just wanna know, if Diddy does win this trial do you think your life will be threatened in any kind of way?
Gina: No."

The media person brought up a controversial statement by former Danity Kane singer Aubrey O’Day. O’Day, who worked with Combs in the reality TV series Making the Band, revealed that she would leave the country if the Bad Boy label boss won his ongoing case:

“I’d feel best if he was found guilty on everything, and if he walks free, I don’t have that in the range of my possibility thoughts right now.”

She added:

“If it does, though, I’m going to buy a ticket to Bali, like I did the last time."
"Journalist to Gina Huynh: You don't think so? You think everything will be safe? Because the girl, Aubrey O’Day, said that if Diddy wins, she’s gonna leave the country.
Gina: I mean, he never did anything dangerous to me. I'm not really scared.
Paparazzi: You not scared? Okay well. I appreciate that. Thank you. That's all I wanted to know."

Gina Huynh had previously accused Sean Diddy Combs of assaulting her

Huynh, who prosecutors confirmed in June 2025 as victim number three in Diddy’s indictment, had previously accused the music executive of abuse. In an interview with Tasha K in 2019, Huynh alleged that Combs had stomped on her stomach and punched her in the head after he saw her texting another man:

“He had caught me texting another man. He was in Miami, and it got really crazy at that time. We was upstairs.”

She added:

“He, like, pushed me, and I fell to the ground, and then he got… He, like, stood over me. So, I was, like, laying on my back, and he stood over me and he started, like, punching me, like this, like, he avoided my face but he, like, started punching me like on the side of my head and I was just, like, covering my face.”

During the interview, Huynh recounted other situations in which Combs had allegedly assaulted her, claiming that he had made her abort a pregnancy.

Sean Diddy Combs faces a five-count charge of sex trafficking, racketeering and transportation for prostitution. He faces life imprisonment if he is found guilty of the sex trafficking and racketeering charges.
