Tribeca Festival is returning for its 24th edition in New York City from June 4 to June 15, 2025. The festival will feature exclusive premieres, performances, discussions, and music-related films. The organisers have confirmed performances by Billy Idol, Becky G, Counting Crows, Culture Club, De La Soul, Hakim, and others.
The festival will open with a documentary, Billy Joel: And So It Goes, by Susan Lacy and Jessica Levin. Miley Cyrus's much-awaited visual album will also premiere at Tribeca. The closing night will feature Leonardo DiCaprio and Juma Xipaia's Yanuni. The tickets and packages are available at discounted prices on the official website until April 18, 2025, after which the offer ends.

According to Indie Wire, the Tribeca Festival received 13,541 submissions from which the final selections were made. In a press release, Jane Rosenthal, CEO of Tribeca, expressed her excitement and described it as something "more than a festival." She noted:
"It’s a home for artists navigating an ever-changing industry and an ever-changing world."
She added:
“For over two decades, we’ve championed emerging voices, celebrated established storytellers, and built a creative community where artists can grow, connect, and thrive. We’re proud of the ecosystem we’ve cultivated and can’t wait to share it with the world this June.”
The festival's Spotlight+ will feature exclusive screenings along with performances and conversations.
