BTS' Jimin made waves with his solo song WHO. The idol’s track became the song with the most days at #1 on the Spotify South Korea Chart History. With the latest feat, Jimin surpassed his own solo track Like Crazy, which came out in 2023 as part of his debut solo album, FACE. WHO, on the other hand, is the track from his second independent record, MUSE.

Fans were delighted with his new accomplishment. Consequently, his followers flooded the internet with praise for Jimin and his songs. One user on X commented:

Netizens praise Jimin for success of his solo track

While some fans alluded to BTS's Jimin as King, others described him as a ‘certified hit maker.’ Many congratulated Jimin for his song’s success, and others called him a ‘record maker.’

“King of his own records, Jimin stays unmatched!,”commented fan.
“Certified hit maker,” stated an admirer.
“He is just amazing. Surpassing his own group left and right like the It boy he is. No wonder he makes flop stans miserable and cry day and night on this app,” commented another fan.

Some said that the BTS member’s song WHO is a smash hit, while others said that he breaks his own records.

BIGHIT Music debuted BTS' Jimin's second studio album, MUSE, on July 19, 2024, when the pop star was serving his statutory military term. MUSE became Jimin’s second solo record after FACE, which was released in March 2023. The second solo album comprised 7 songs:

  • Smeraldo Garden Marching Band (feat. Loco)
  • Slow Dance (feat. Sofia Carson)
  • Be Mine
  • WHO
  • Closer Than This

WHO set another record, becoming the longest-charting track by a K-pop act in Billboard Hot 100 history. The current milestone eclipsed BTS' Dynamite, which was released in August 2020.

The BTS member's song received the 'K-pop Song of the Year' award at the iHeartRadio Music Awards 2025.


BTS' Jimin is now serving time in the Korean military, having enlisted in December 2023. He will be discharged on June 11, 2025.
