BLACKPINK debuts their new song ‘Jump’ on stage live performance, as Blinks react.

24 hours ago, Kpop group BLACKPINK teased their new song "Jump," with a video teaser and the caption, READY TO JUMP? A day later, they debuted the same song at their concert at Goyang Stadium, Seoul on the 5th, kicking off their much-awaited tour. The song marks the group's first release after 2 years.

The group's reunion comes after the four girls, ROSÉ, LISA, JENNIE, and JISOO, took time apart to focus on their individual careers and released solo projects like dramas, albums, collaborations with Western artists, and more. The song is their first release since their second full album “Born Pink” dropped in September 2022. However, besides that, they did release "The Girls" in 2023, as part of their mobile game.

Fans react to BLACKPINK debuting Jump

Blink, who attended the concert as well as those who saw all the viral clips, were "jumping" with joy after hearing the surprise release. With all the excitement surrounding their comeback, the song has already been dubbed "the song of the year."

One fan said, "im not exaggerating when i say jump is literally the song of the year"
Another supported, "& just like that blackpinks best title track has been born"
One Blink also said "Omg omg omg omg,,,, we need clear version READY TO JUMP OT4"

However, not everyone was a fan of the new song, as fans expressed that the group lacked energy and sync, and the song itself did not feel fresh.

One user commented, "Bruh no wonder they decided not to give the song proper promo. Its so bad considering this is their newest track in THREE whole years and considering how the girls have been making such good music lately."
Another claimed, "Whoever says that this song is a 10/10!! SHOULD GO TO THE DOCTOR TO URGENTLY CHECK THAT TASTE AND ESPECIALLY HIS EARS"

The concert marks the beginning of the group's DEADLINE World tour, spanning 31 shows across 16 cities, making it the third worldwide concert tour and the fourth overall tour for the girl group.
