What is the latest status on Fyre Festival 2 being postponed?

Organizers sent a message to the ticket holders that the event is canceled indefinitely. The event was scheduled to take place from May 30-June 2, 2025 in Mexico.

According to Variety, an ABC News report states that:

[The] organizers sent a message to customers stating, “The event has been postponed and a new date will be announced. We have issued you a refund. Once the new date is announced, at that time, you can repurchase if it works for your schedule.”

It is not yet officially known why Fyre Festival2 has been postponed
