The Deception ladies were thrilled to learn their new wrinkle cream was flying off the shelves. Lucy thanked Sidwell for their success, thanks to his zincite. Their product even beat Enchantment to the market. After Lucy left, Jason arrived, surprising Brook Lynn and Maxie because Jason doesn't typically visit them.

Both women were shocked to learn that Sonny sent Jason to tell them that "one of your employees has been lying to you for months and might have sabotaged your entire company." He then informed the ladies that it was Natalia Ramirez. She was once married to Sidwell.

Apparently, the news was big enough for them to call in the police, because Maxie and Brook Lynn asked Anna over. She was just as surprised as they were to learn about Natalia and Sidwell. Maxie wanted Anna to help them dig up dirt on Sidwell so they could get out of their contract. Anna felt Lucy would tip Sidwell off, but promised to take care of things.

Brook Lynn pointed out that Sonny was the one who insisted they hire Natalia, but Jason told her he only learned the truth a few days ago. Maxie was sure now that they never should have hired Sidwell. This was the final red flag. "I'm not working with him again. I don't care what Sasha says," Maxie declared. This confused Jason, so Maxie explained that she had blown the whole "Sidwell kidnapping thing" out of proportion.

At Wyndemere, Jordan was impressed with the compensation Sidwell was offering, but her job description seemed vague. "What I need you to do is represent my interests to Port Charles, of which you are uniquely and ideally suited," Sidwell explained.

He liked her connections to important people in town, but Jordan warned Sidwell that he couldn't pay her enough to repair her relationship with Drew Cain. Sidwell argued that Drew was a powerful man they should have on their side.

Jordan said she would think Sidwell's offer over after showing it to her lawyer, but Sidwell was confident that she would accept his very "demanding" job. Just then, Lucy walked in and was surprised to see Jordan, who said she was just leaving.

Once Jordan was gone, Lucy presented Sidwell with her face cream, thanking him for helping Deception with such amazing sales. Lucy mentioned that Natalia was on her way to discuss the next shipment. "Perfect. She has always had such a good head for business," Sidwell declared before informing a confused Lucy that Natalia was his ex-wife.

When Natalia walked in excitedly, telling them that they sold out, Sidwell and Lucy both gave her the side eye. Lucy immediately asked Natalia why she hadn't said anything about once being married to Sidwell. Lucy felt betrayed by Natalia for not telling them the truth. Natalia apologized, but Lucy didn't care. "Your days are numbered," she said before walking out.

Natalia then blew up at Sidwell for revealing her past to her employers. She also warned Sidwell that Sonny knew about their past and was out for blood. Sidwell then asked Natalia why she accompanied Sonny to a cardiologist in Los Angeles. After he promised to help Natalia repair her relationship with Marco, Natalia admitted that Sonny had a heart condition.

Sonny brought Donna back to Carly's house, where Donna informed her mom that Daddy wouldn't be going to Rocco's debate. He would stay home with her. When Donna ran off to her room, Carly questioned Sonny about why he was going to miss the debate.

Sonny explained that he overheard Rocco saying he didn't want Sonny at the debate for Laura's sake. Carly understood and had some advice for Sonny. "If you really want to help Laura, you need to get out of her way," Carly said.

Sonny was then stunned when Carly told him not to fight the referendum. "Don't try to convince people to vote no and don't challenge it in court if it wins," Carly said. Sonny was horrified at the idea, but Carly didn't care. "It's not going to destroy you to give up the piers, and you can afford to let Laura win this," she added.

Sonny didn't care because he didn't want his enemies to think he was weak. He couldn't just let it go. Carly wondered if fighting the referendum and losing might make Sonny look even weaker than not fighting at all. Sonny said it was a risk he had to take, but he didn't plan on losing.

Carly thought the enemies and weakness thing Sonny has been spouting for years was just an excuse at this point, but Sonny disagreed. "If it were, our son wouldn't be in a burn unit on the other side of the world, and I wouldn't be booking a doctor's appointment across the country," he said, confusing Carly.

Sonny finally admitted that he had a heart condition and needed surgery. Carly was not happy to left out of the loop, especially when Natalia was in the loop. He then informed Carly that Natalia had been married to Sidwell. Carly still wanted to talk about Sonny's heart and insisted on going with him to L.A. for the surgery.

At GH, Isaiah examined Joss' ankle and advised her to stay off it. He could tell she suffered a sprain weeks ago, which she aggravated a second time a few days later. Josslyn made up a few lies to explain how her injury happened while Isaiah prescribed physical therapy.

Anna brought Emma to the hospital so she could start her first day of community service with Felicia to guide her. Emma began her service time with art therapy, and later ran into Josslyn looking the part with "art" in her hair and on her shirt.

Josslyn was impressed that Emma had the time to volunteer, so Emma admitted she was doing this because she had been sentenced to community service for her activities at the Q crypt. Josslyn was also impressed with what Emma did at the crypt, but shocked to learn that Emma had priors. "Not everyone has a billionaire daddy who could bail them out of trouble, Joss," Emma said before walking away.

Joss then spotted Professor Dalton getting off the elevator with a suspicious-looking briefcase, so she followed him and watched him enter a lab for authorized personnel only. She also followed him after he left.

When Felicia had some alone time with Anna, she told her how concerned Mac was about Laura's referendum. Felicia was also concerned about Anna's job and wondered why Assistant District Attorney Turner was coming after the police commissioner. Anna explained that Turner thought that Anna was covering for Jason and giving him special treatment.

"Well, you wouldn't cover for Jason, but you do give him special treatment," Felicia said. Felicia just wanted Anna not to make waves while Robert was gone. They needed to make sure Laura remained mayor.

Sasha marveled at watching her baby on a screen during her latest ultrasound. Even Jason was with her for this one. They later gushed over the little black and white photos. Jason was concerned about Sasha's birth plan and wanted to make sure she had one in place, which she did. However, Sasha was confused when Jason wanted to send one of the pics to Michael.

Sasha worried that sending Michael each ultrasound pic would send the wrong message, but Jason disagreed. "He understands that you want to raise the baby on your own," Jason stressed. He thought seeing that Sasha and the baby were happy and healthy would aid in Michael's recovery, but understood if Sasha didn't want him to send the pic.

When Sasha got home, Olivia asked her how long she had planned to take for her maternity leave. Sasha wasn't even sure how that would work. "Wouldn't it be awkward for me to live here for a few months and not be your cook?" Sasha asked. Olivia insisted that Sasha was family, so it would be fine.

Sasha was flattered by what Olivia said, but had a question. "Do you consider me family because my baby is a Quartermaine?" she asked. Olivia insisted that it wasn't that at all. She explained how she felt out of place when she married Ned, and Tracy didn't even come to their wedding. Then, Tracy gave Olivia a special note welcoming Olivia and Leo to the family. Olivia has been carrying the note in her purse for eight years.

"The Quartermaines can be annoying and picky and downright cruel, but if they choose you...it's because you earned it. We may be dysfunctional but we damn well take care of our own. Whether you like it or not, Sasha, you're one of our own now," Olivia said.

When Jason returned home, he wanted to speak to Sasha alone and asked her why she sold out to Sidwell.
