Popular American singer and rapper Ronnie Radke, who is best known for being the frontman of the rock band Falling in Reverse and the former frontman of Escape the Fate, recently shared the steps he has taken in order to find out who is allegedly impersonating him online. The singer revealed that he has filed a lawsuit against these impostors, whom he referred to as John Does.

Ronnie Radke claimed that an individual or multiple individuals have been impersonating him on different social media platforms, including Instagram and Snapchat, for “purposes of harming, intimidating, threatening and/or defrauding” others.

The Watch the World Burn crooner revealed that the John Does have been impersonating him since at least April of last year, and he hopes that Snapchat will receive a subpoena, which is necessary to prove he wasn't in the business of lying to people.

The singer stressed that he wasn't interested in money but just needed evidence to clear up his name, especially as people are convinced he catfished Brittany Furlan.

More details on Ronnie Radke’s lawsuit against Brittany Furlan

Ronnie Radke recently filed a temporary restraining order against Brittany Furlan after she kept claiming that she was once in a relationship with the Falling in Reverse frontman. According to the documents obtained by TMZ, the singer filed the order on Monday at the Superior Court in L.A, claiming that Brittany harassed him by contacting him multiple times on social media. He also alleged that she drove to his house when he ignored her messages and sat out front.

According to the singer, Brittany followed him to his doctor’s appointment, where she just sat outside and stared at him. Ronnie Radke is asking the court to order Brittany to stay at least 100 yards away from him.

Lou Shapiro, who represents Brittany Furlan, told TMZ:

“Ms. Furlan is offended to find out this petition was filed because the only victim of harassment is her. We will take all legal measures to defend against this frivolous lawsuit and request that Ms. Furlan be protected from further harassment and threats by the petitioner.”
