The Game Awards 2025 took place on December 11, 2025, at the Peacock Theater in Los Angeles. The event was aired across Prime Video, YouTube, and Twitch. The Game Awards 2025 ceremony included notable new trailers, announcements, updates, and more from studios and a significant list of awards across multiple categories.
Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 became the most awarded game of the night as it bagged nine total wins. The ceremony also recognized achievements in independent development, ongoing live service titles, mobile gaming, esports, and accessibility.
Besides Clair Obscur: Expedition 33, Hollow Knight: Silksong and Hades II also caught the attention of gamers and enthusiasts at the 2026 Game Awards.
