Journalist Touré has called out Diddy during an appearance on an ABC news special, titled 'Verdict: The Diddy Trial,' which was aired after a verdict was announced in Sean “Diddy” Combs' trial on July 2, 2025.

His comments came after the rapper was reportedly found guilty on two counts of transportation to engage in prostitution but acquitted on more serious charges, including sex trafficking by force, fraud, or coercion, and racketeering conspiracy, which could have landed him in prison for life.

According to a report in the US Weekly, Touré found the verdict unacceptable and expressed his frustration. He said:

“It’s like so far beyond the line. You’re talking about a bored billionaire sex addict who’s like, ‘What weirdo sex thing can we do? Oh, I don’t know! Get Anton to come here to Turks and Caicos.”

He added:

“You can’t do that! You can’t fly sex workers around the country. And [they were] doing it over and over and over.”

Touré is based in Brooklyn, New York, US. He is an author, TV host, and podcaster, according to his LinkedIn profile. He currently hosts a podcast called the Toure Show. In his podcast, he has invited guests such as Kendrick Lamar, the RZA, among others.
