Miranda Maday, who previously worked as a personal assistant to various celebrities and has also worked as a doula, reportedly revealed that she is richer than her wife, Raven-Symoné, who herself has a net worth of $40 million, according to Celebrity Net Worth.

The revelation was made by Maday last month during an episode of the couple's podcast, "Tea Time With Raven and Miranda." In the clip, which is making the rounds of the internet a month later, Miranda Maday refutes the claims that she married the "That's So Raven" actress for her money. She said:

"She was really bummed because she thought that marrying me, a Jewish girl, she was going to get an upgrade. Part of why I feel like [...] just stand ten toes down bout it, speak with my whole chest is because so many people [think] I married her just for money [...] I didn't marry Raven for money, I'm richer."

Miranda Maday and Raven Symoné met in 2015, after they dated for five years, before tying the knot in June 2020. The couple married in a private ceremony surrounded by their closest friends and family. Since then, they have openly spoken about their relationship, especially after launching their podcast in 2021. Not much is known about Maday, but her recent comments have sparked interest among fans.

More about Miranda Maday

Miranda Pearman-Maday was born on August 6, 1987. According to People Magazine, not much is known about her parents. Still, it is reported that her father worked as a writer in Hollywood, which led Maday to spend much of her childhood on the Warner Bros. production studio lot in Burbank, California.

She later worked as a personal assistant to various celebrities before meeting Raven Symoné. Since then, she has co-hosted the podcast, Tea Time With Raven and Miranda, along with her wife. In 2024, she also launched her own Substack, titled "Miranda Moments," where she pens down her thoughts. Talking about the venture, she said:

"BLF is my tiny corner of the internet where feelings, thoughts, and insights collide. every wednesday i will share a post, which could be anything from a personal reflection, a wellness recommendation, or a recipe to whatever is going on in my head that week."

According to her bio on her Substack, Miranda Maday initially planned to go to college and later pursue a career like her father. But that plan fell through after she failed to get into her dream college. Talking about her early life goals, she said:

"creative, smart, dramatic and slightly mental people need outlets and writing has always been one of mine. after high school my plan was to go to college, become a tv writer and follow in my father’s warner brother’s footsteps, but as in any good story, nothing went according to plan. i didn’t get into the colleges i wanted to go to, so i went to eating disorder treatment instead."

During the pandemic, Miranda also decided to work as a doula to help people during childbirth. Talking about her decision to pursue being a doula apart from her daily podcasting, she wrote on her Substack:

"after treatment i interned, worked on film sets, personal assisted for some actors, felt unfilled and decided to become a birth doula. then covid hit. and although 2020 made my anxiety around germs and illness 1000% worse, it was also the year i got married to my wife raven, made a shit ton of bread and started writing again."

In a 2023 interview with People Magazine, Raven Symoné complimented Miranda Maday's talent, saying:

"My wife is a boss bitch. She will do the job. She has longevity in the industry. As she's learning to be a star, she can implement it in a way that only certain people have that talent for. But these are the beginning stages, and it'll be amazing to see what she turns into later when she applies all of her knowledge."

In the same year, in an interview with People Magazine, Miranda Maday revealed how she knew the moment she and Raven Symoné met that they were meant to be together. She said:

"Call me psychic, call me deeply intuitive, call me crazy. I just knew she was my person. I went to a birthday party with her after. It was one of those things where you didn't want the person to ever leave."

According to People, Miranda Maday had previously signed an NDA three months into her relationship with Raven Symoné.
