The kids then enjoyed their meals as they drove in his car. While some netizens have called it an act of kindness, others wrote that he made a memorable moment for the kids.

McDonald’s partnered with Kai Cenat for their new launch earlier this month
McDonald's collaborated with Kai Cenat to create a special limited-edition menu item. This new offering was the "Chicken Big Mac," which reimagined the restaurant's iconic Big Mac with a poultry twist.
Cenat and his friends streamed a debut to promote the Chicken Big Mac, sharing their genuine reactions to the burger. McDonald's USA Chief Marketing and Customer Experience Officer Tariq Hassan expressed excitement about introducing the Chicken Big Mac, noting it was a way to honor the classic Big Mac while appealing to a new generation of fans.
In addition to the streaming event, McDonald's released a new 30-second commercial featuring Kai Cenat at a drive-through. In the ad, he begins to order but is interrupted by a choir in his backseat, singing that they want a Chicken Big Mac. Initially skeptical, Cenat's doubts are quelled when he sees the menu board highlighting the new item, described as " not a Big Mac."
In a dream sequence, Cenat is surrounded by floating burgers and his streaming companion Grimace while the choir sings the ingredients of the Chicken Big Mac. Back in the car, he considers ordering it, but before he can, the choir, now at the takeout window, surprises him again by presenting him with a paper bag containing the Chicken Big Mac.
McDonald's had previously announced that John Cena would collaborate with Kai Cenat. The WWE star appeared on Cenat’s Twitch stream on October 13, 2024.
