Baroness Karren Brady turned heads this week after sharing a new photo on Instagram, with some fans admitting they didn’t immediately recognize the Apprentice star.

The 56-year-old business executive, who also serves as vice chair of West Ham United F.C., posted a shot of herself posing in a white sleeveless dress cinched with a Chanel belt.

In her caption, Karren Brady explained that the photo was taken after completing a skin-tightening treatment. She wrote:

“I never thought I'd be able to wear short sleeves again, but after a course of Exion skin-tightening with radio frequency, I can!”

Karren Brady hinted that this wardrobe shift may only be the beginning, signing off her post with:

"Bring on the sleeveless tops! Huge thanks to Rita Rakus @drritarakus_ as always.”

Internet reacts to Karren Brady's transformation: "She looked much better before"

Karren Brady's Instagram photo quickly drew massive attention, and plenty of social media users immediately reacted to her unrecognizable appearance.

"It’s up to her of course, but she’s always been an attractive woman. Personally I think she looks a little too thin but if she’s happy then it’s none of anyone else’s business, especially in regards to how she achieved her goal," an X user wrote.
"She’s so cool and calm about it," another commented.
"To be honest I think she looked much better before, she wasn't overweight just a nice size with curves, just how a woman should look, now she looks like she has been released from solitary after surviving on a bowl of rice a day for the last 6 months!" one weighed in.
"She’s not bad looking for 56, but how much ‘fake-up’ is there involved," one chimed in.

Meanwhile, others also weighed in on the potential side effects of weight loss injections.

"All these pro weight loss jabbers will so regret in in the long run. Already started to hear about brittle breaking hair, stomach pains, chest pains, sickness and the runs. Just stupidity for vanity," an internet user said.
"I posted an article yesterday as they were saying the fat jabs are causing Osteoarthritis, did you see it and what do you think," one wrote.
"Sorry but lose weight do it with diet and gym. All these flaming jabs these days is not good!" another commented.
