Shocking allegations recently emerged against Drew “Druski” Desbordes, who was named as a defendant in the Diddy lawsuit. The American comedian-influencer, who has amassed a massive social media following in recent years, was accused alongside Odell Beckham Jr. in the case.
Druski has been friends with the NFL pro for quite some time. According to his GQ profile, Desbordes and Beckham Jr. have been friends since around 2020. At the time of the pandemic, Odell, who was then signed with the Cleveland Browns, asked the comedian to live with him in Los Angeles during the offseason.
The actor-comedian accepted the NFL player’s invite and stayed at his home in 2020. GQ also quoted Beckham Jr. on being close friends with Desbordes.
“Druski brings the best energy wherever he goes and always has everyone in the room laughing.”
Druski had a “great time” living with Odell Beckham Jr. in 2020
Drew Desbordes spent a couple of months during the summer of 2020 at the Miami Dolphins wide receiver’s home in LA. The couple happened to be on the Club Shay Shay podcast in 2023, where the three-time Super Bowl champion host, Shannon Sharpe, mentioned his stay with Odell Beckham Jr. Druski told Sharpe,
“That was actually around that time, when I was getting a lot of eyes on me, man. It was like a great scenario for me, honestly, because I was able to live for free. I had a chef. We had cleaning ladies just coming every day. They doing my laundry. So, I had nothing, but time…”
He added,
“I came up with jokes and all types of stuff. So, you know, and he had his homeboys there. So, they also would be there and one of his boys is a comedian, so, it almost, you know, it was almost perfect for me, because we’re shooting videos and coming up with new jokes going, and just, yeah everything.”
Druski continued,
“All type of meal plans and stuff, yeah. I think the cook don’t like me though, because I kept asking for a little… I had come back for too much and she was like I’m making Odell’s food. I’m asking for Crème Brûlée and all types of… You know, I just wanted to live the life a little bit, you know. But yeah, no it was a great time I think. It was a whole summer though.”
Druski also told GQ that he worked out daily during his stay with Odell Beckham Jr., while the NFL pro “dropped so much knowledge about health.” In 2024, both even attended “Michael Rubin's Fanatics Super Bowl party,” where they were snapped together per E! Online.
Druski responds to s**ual assault allegations after being named with Odell Beckham Jr. in the Diddy case
Beckham Jr. has yet to respond after being named in the Diddy lawsuit. However, Drew Desbordes has issued a statement proclaiming his innocence. The comedian posted on X,
“This allegation is a fabricated lie. I wasn’t a public figure in 2018 – I was broke living with my mom without any connections to the entertainment industry at the time of this allegation, so the inclusion of my name is truly outlandish.”
Drew also added,
“My heart breaks for actual victims of abuse, but I’m fully confident that evidence will expose this falsehood and the individuals who are maliciously trying to game the legal system to peddle false narratives.”
Druski began his career in 2017 after uploading a sketch video on Instagram. In the following years, he found success, which multiplied after his collaborations with Jack Harlow, Drake, and more.
In 2024, when he was on the Million Dollaz Worth of Game podcast, Drew responded to a question about being at a Diddy party. The comedian answered affirmatively, claiming that he had “been in attendance.”
