Actress Alyssa Milano is remembering Australian actor Julian McMahon, who died on July 2, 2025. On July 4, 2025, the Commando actress shared a carousel on her Instagram, reflecting on the good times she spent on screen with the late actor.

One of the photos in her post was from the 1998 drama Charmed, where she worked with McMahon. In the caption, she wrote:

“I’m heartbroken. Julian McMahon was magic. That smile. That laugh. That talent. That presence. He walked into a room and lit it up—not just with charisma, but with kindness. With mischief. With soulful understanding.”

The post went on:

“We spent years together on Charmed—years of scenes, stories, and so many in-between moments. He made me feel safe as an actor. Seen as a woman. He challenged me, teased me, supported me. We were so different, and yet somehow we always understood each other.”

Alyssa Milano wrote that Julian McMahon meant more than an on-screen actor to her. She said he would check on others and remember little details. She remembered him as an honest person who would stick to the truth, despite everything.

She shared her condolences for his wife, Kelly, and daughters, Madison and Iliana. She mentioned how much Julian McMahon loved them and was devoted to his family. At the end, Alyssa Milano wrote:

“Losing him feels unreal. Too soon. Too unfair. Rest, my friend. I’ll carry your laugh with me. Forever Cole. Forever Julian.”
