6ix9ine recently had an altercation after coming out of a nightclub in Miami, Florida. The altercation started on September 24, 2024, at night, and the rapper was seen approaching a man outside the club before a nightclub guard and others nearby intervened and stopped him.

The video of the altercation has gone viral and garnered reactions, as exemplified by the tweet below:

Others insinuated that they were not surprised, with some netizens chalking up the incident as a publicity stunt, while others reacted by stating that the incident was typical of celebrities:

After the initial exchange, it appeared that the singer was heading to his car to get out of the situation, even as the unidentified man continued with the ruckus, making others join in.

The last footage shows the security guards pushing people back from each other while the crowd yelled and swung fists and elbows at each other. The incident continued even after 6ix9ine left the scene, with the crowd tensed and angry.

The rapper or his representatives have not clarified what led to the incident. According to TMZ, the Coco Miami nightclub, where the incident took place at 4 a.m. EST, has also not issued any statements regarding the incident.

It appears as though 6ix9ine and his group tussled with another group, which resulted in bystanders, an unidentified woman, also being dragged into the altercation and being hit during the incident. A valet stand umbrella was also toppled over.

The police eventually arrived at the scene after 6ix9ine had left. As of the writing of this article, the Miami Police Department had not issued any statements, and no arrests or arrest warrants had been reported by the news media in the immediate vicinity.

This incident is not the first time 6ix9ine has been at the center of an incident. The rapper, real name Daniel Hernandez, currently has an international arrest warrant to his name filed by the Dominican Republic in relation to an incident that took place during a recording session with his then-girlfriend, Yailin La Mas Viral, in October 2023.

The international warrant was issued by the Court of Appeals in the Judicial District of La Vega in the Dominican Republic and the Public Ministry of the Dominican Republic. It demands 500,000 Dominican pesos in guarantee against the accused.

6ix9ine's legal troubles started early on in his career. The rapper's first legal trouble was a case involving a child s*xual performance charge in 2015. The rapper admitted to physical contact with a 13-year-old girl and using footage of the incident for a music video, which was then distributed online. He was eventually sentenced to four years of probation starting in 2018.

In 2018, he was arrested for choking a 16-year-old person at a shopping mall, but the charges were dropped. In the same year, he was involved in several other incidents, including one where he was kidnapped and beaten by three armed assailants.

In 2019, 6ix9ine admitted to being guilty of domestic violence against Sara Molina, his ex-girlfriend, over seven years. In 2021, he was involved in a civil lawsuit with a Japanese tattoo artist.
