CinemaCon 2025 is presenting us moviegoers with some mouth-watering announcements, and day 2 of the professional event certainly gave us something to talk about for days. We know at least something about Karl Urban's Johnny Cage in the upcoming Mortal Kombat sequel. We also know when Spider-Man: Brand New Day is coming.

We still have a day until the event ends, and that's likely to bring in more surprises in its remaining time. In the meantime, we will see tidbits of the second day. There's a lot to cover in there, so we will see some major reveals made during the event.

You might already be aware of most of the names appearing in this list, but there is indeed a banger at the end of it. Looks like somebody made it home just in time.

What should fans be excited about CinemaCon 2025's day 2?

5. Superman

James Gunn's Superman is already one hot topic among the fans, especially when they are in the course of preparing themselves to witness Henry Cavill's replacement. We got the first trailer of the film three months ago, and there are some new updates in it.

During the CinemaCon 2025 panel, the attendees got to see a new clip of the film, which is similar to the trailer. Krypto is taking an injured Superman to a place fans will be happy to hear about, the Fortress of Solitude.

4. Final Destination Bloodlines

It was the same for Final Destination Bloodlines, as there were seven minutes of extended footage of the film during the event. We got the film's trailer a week ago, where we saw Tony Todd as William Bludworth in his final performance.

All in all, Final Destination films have made over $660 million at the box office, and the latest in the series is looking forward to pushing it further. Interestingly, the fourth film, The Final Destination (2009), is the highest-grossing and lowest-rated in the franchise. Let's see which of the two records this one will break.

3. F1

It was like the above two but still different for Brad Pitt's F1, as CinemaCon 2025 presented the attendees with the first 10 minutes of the film. Footages of Superman and Final Destination Bloodlines weren't exactly the opening minutes of the movie.

Other than Brad Pitt, the film also stars Javier Bardem (Dune), Damson Idris (Snowfall), Simone Ashley (Picture This), and more are in it too. Simone Ashley recently appeared in an interview and shared that one-take shots were seriously challenging for them.

2. The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping

The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping's logo was revealed at CinemaCon 2025. While fans won't see anything from this list appearing on any official channels associated with the films, this is available on Lionsgate Movies' YouTube channel now.

And behold the voice of Haymitch Abernathy (Woody Harrelson), who says,

I think these games are gonna be different."

Pure chills!

1. More from the John Wick franchise

So, now you know who made it to his home, Baba Yaga. John Wick 5 is happening with a spin-off and an animated film, as announced on the second day of CinemaCon 2025. As of now, a new chapter dubbed Ballerina in the franchise will feature Ana de Armas with Keanu Reeves reprising his role.

John Wick: Chapter 4 was released in 2023, and we saw Keanu Reeves' character almost die. Now we know when John asked Winston to take him home, it was a tease for his story's continuation.
