Though Gabi may be charged with murder, Chad is there to post bail, as he also believes in her innocence

Shifty Stefan attempts to sway Abigail's opinion on Gabi, but Abigail isn't ready to believe her bestie murdered Andre

As Stefan's tactics continue to agitate Chad and Abigail, Chad devises a theory that Stefan is framing Gabi

Chad's growing resentment toward Stefan makes him promise to take his half-brother down once and for all

John attempts to thwart his contact but is quickly outmaneuvered, and John finds his life threatened at gunpoint

As the contact prepares to pull the trigger, Billie also returns to the mausoleum, just as gunshots erupt

As Billie saves John's life, Steve continues to fight for his, but even when down, Steve can't be counted out

Searching for answers as to what's happening around him, Steve lands on a game-changing gem of information

While Steve is armed with the shocking truth, a shocked Eric also becomes privy to a game-changer...

Eric realizes that Anna accidentally delivered misinformation to Jennifer, which prompted Jennifer's cold shift toward him

Eric leaps into action with this new information in hand, hoping to reach Jennifer and clear things up

Just as Jennifer settles into her date with Henry, a hopeful Eric arrives to clear the air between them
