On The Bold and the Beautiful today, Luna was on fire. Not literally — yet. But one day, that lightning strike is gonna get her. In the meantime, we were treated to her snark. After getting chewed out by Li for sneaking out past curfew, Luna clapped back about how she already felt like she was back in prison. “Is this how you raised my dad? No wonder he married Steffy. He must love being ordered around and barked at,” Luna smirked. While the esteemed doctor ranted that she was hiring a lawyer, we had hit pause and have a little think about that one. A lawyer now? Li is going all out for Luna without even being asked. Even Bill could at least claim that he was coerced, manipulated, and had his heartstrings pulled before he even considered talking to Luna, but Li’s just giving up her career and forgetting everything she knows about mental health to dive in and save Luna from everything, from more prison time to herself. Yeah, okay, so we know she’s not reformed, but so does the doctor who used to be Li. Really, when you’re teamed up with Sheila for a common cause, isn’t that enough to make you question your plan? Or maybe Luna’s right about something. Maybe Li is just so determined to have someone to scold in her life that she needed a new target. Poppy’s made herself scarce, Ted left town, and she doesn’t know yet what her colleague Grace did, so there’s no one around to lecture. We doubt Luna’s ever going to have any punishment at all, so for now, we’ll have to settle for Auntie Grandma’s scathing remarks.
