Steffy's parent trap brain was already getting to work after Ridge surprised her family and showed up for Thanksgiving, making sure to bring flowers for her — and Taylor. Yes, Ridge just couldn't imagine spending Thanksgiving with only Brooke. He needed Taylor in his life, too. Steffy made such a big deal about the fact that Ridge was there, you'd think he had just proposed marriage to her mother. And of course, Ridge was giving Taylor that look. You know, the one he always has when he is married to Brooke, but Taylor is around. He has the same look for Brooke when he is with Taylor. Because Ridge is anything if not predictable. Is he going to start straying already? If so, this has to be a record for Ridge, who married Brooke after breaking things off with Taylor before the commercial break. We see where Carter gets his habits from. He ran straight to Daphne after breaking things off with Hope, and now he and Daphne are such good friends with Deacon and Sheila that they were invited for Thanksgiving, and a song, of course. Who is Daphne if she is not singing a song these days? Yes, it was an odd Thanksgiving indeed for our fictional Los Angeles fashion crows, and things are about to get stranger.
