Actress of The Bold and the Beautiful and The Young and the Restless fame, Kimberlin Brown, recently shared a post holding a baby with the caption, “The new guy in my life. So blessed,” to her 102,000 followers on Instagram.

Brown is now a grandmother, and the baby is that of her daughter, Alexes. Many fans and fellow actors alike congratulated Brown on the birth of her grandson. B&B actress, Katherine Lang, wrote "Sooooo adorable!!! " under Brown's post with a heart eye emoji. Lauralee Bell, of Y&R and B&B fame, wrote under the post with a heart eye emoji as well as two heart emojis to congratulate Brown on the latest family member's arrival. B & B's Romy Park also chimed in to celebrate the momentous occasion, commenting several heart emojis under the post to show support to Brown and her family.

Congratulations were aplenty, with The Bold and the Beautiful actress, Ashley Aubra sending congratulations to Alexes on her new addition to her family, with her commenting four hearts under Alexes' post. Many other commenters offered congratulations to Alexes as well. This appears to be Alexes' first child.
Kimberlin’s Sheila, from The Young and the Restless to The Bold and the Beautiful to motherhood to grandmotherhood
Kimberlin Brown began her soap career on The Young and the Restless. Brown has two children, Alexes, born in 1994, and Nicholas, born in 1998 with her husband, Gary Pelzer.
According to her IMDb page, Brown made daytime television history when she was able to successfully cross over her character, Sheila Carter, from The Young and the Restless to The Bold and the Beautiful in the 90s. Brown has also been seen on other soaps such as All My Children, One Life to Live, General Hospital, and its short-lived spin-off, Port Charles.
Brown's daughter, Alexes, took a trip into her mother's world when she guest-starred on The Bold and the Beautiful in 2022.
This is Brown's second go-round as a grandmother, with her son, Nicholas, welcoming a son in June of last year with his wife, Kaila.
