The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang and Home Improvement star Richard Karn team up for Christmas film

Can Christmas 2020 hurry up and get here already? That's when The Christmas Dance, starring The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) and Richard Karn (ex-Judge Jon Oplinger), is expected to drop.

Get ready to do a happy dance for The Christmas Dance. The upcoming holiday film is set to be a winner, as it stars The Bold and the Beautiful's Katherine Kelly Lang (Brooke Logan) opposite Richard Karn (ex-Judge Jon Oplinger).

The uplifting movie will center around actress Kristen Vaganos in the role of Sarah, a young woman who isn't keen on celebrating Christmas due to her traumatizing past. However, "waltzing through life's unexpected emergencies" teaches her the Christmas Dance.

Lang shared a video clip from the set of her new film that shows her doing a happy dance with Karn and the movie's writer and director, Michael Arcell. "I am excited! I get to work on a movie with these two!" Lang wrote. "Thanks Michael for bringing me on this project!"

Lang also shared how much she loves working with Arcell, commenting on some of his behind-the-scenes photos with the message, "I love working with you! Great attitude and work ethic and super duper director!!"

Lang has been a regular B&B cast member since the show began in 1987, but she frequently keeps herself busy outside of the CBS soap opera. Some of her more recent projects include opening a clothing boutique in Beverly Hills called Benheart and filming a guest-starring arc on the Greek soap opera 8 Lexeis.

Though he's most famous for Home Improvement, Karn is known to B&B fans for his 2017 guest-starring stint as Judge Jon Oplinger. His other credits include Pen15, Ctrl, and Last Man Standing.

Additional cast members of The Christmas Dance include Carson Nicely, Miles Faber, Briana White, Master P., and Sinorice Moss, who appeared on General Hospital as a bartender back in 2006.

Release date details for Arcell's first feature film have yet to be announced, but fans can most likely look forward to it hitting screens closer to Christmas.
